What Leaders Say After Partnering with Executive Muse
"Val is not your average coach. Her feedback is observation-driven, not checklist-oriented. She has helped me uncover blind spots, and because she can see what’s blocking me, paves a way for my success. More than just skill development, working with Val has helped me get unblocked and rediscover joy in my role."

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions will I need?
Every client’s situation is different. Most leaders choose to meet weekly or biweekly to address a multitude of topics. Most leaders crave the ongoing sounding board, support with decision making and clarity with strategy.
I have some clients that have stayed with me for years and see me as an extension of their success. Other clients desire short-term support like with a job transition or conflict resolution and 3-6 sessions was all that was needed.
How long are the sessions?
I schedule sessions for 55 minutes but allow for 60 minutes. The first session is always 90 minutes. My clients also update me via text or on our shared google doc folder.
Is the coaching confidential?
Yes! I abide by the ICF rule of coaching conduct. What we discuss is confidential, even on a synergy call. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable sharing, being vulnerable and addressing sensitive information.
If the client is being sponsored by a corporation then only agreed upon goals will be shared, with the client’s permission, so progress can be shown.
